What is the profile sought for future pharmaceutical representatives?
- Experience in the field of sales or sales representation.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field is an advantage.
- Should hold a valid driving licence.
- Should live in the sector where they work.
- Should speak the language of the sector where they work.
How does the recruitment procedure work?
Patch Pharma requests that all applications be sent by e-mail. Your CV will then be assessed by the person responsible for recruitment.
If your profile corresponds to Patch Pharma’s expectations, you will be invited to a group session.
If unfortunately your profile does not correspond or we currently do not have any more vacant positions to offer you, you will receive a reply by e-mail explaining the reasons for this decision.
If you are accepted for the following stage, you will have one or two individual interviews with one of our Field Managers.
If this final stage proves positive, you will be invited for a contract proposal.
What does a group session consist of?
Group session, group interview and collective interview are interviews bringing together several applicants at the same time. The group interview is basically used for positions calling for negotiation, speaking and management: salesmen, … It occurs at the beginning of the recruitment to enable Patch Pharma to make an initial selection amongst approximately ten applicants.
TRAINING
What does the training of new staff entail?
Initial training usually lasts two weeks and takes place in the Patch Pharma buildings. Then, in the field you will be supported by your direct manager.
You will have the opportunity to perfect your knowledge by taking part in various courses throughout the year.
